Booking date change and cancelation WITH RingFlex
Booking date can be changed any time to any other available date by contacting us by email anytime before your scheduled arrival time (1 hour before driving session start).
Booking can be completely canceled and you will receive a full refund (apart RingFlex cost) by contacting us by email anytime before your scheduled arrival time (1 hour before driving session start).
In case of failure to appear on scheduled driving time, the whole cost of the booking services is retained.
Booking date change and cancelation basic bookings (WITHOUT RingFlex)
Booking date cannot be changed if RingFlex was not chosen together with the original booking. Booking cannot be canceled and refunds are not possible. In case of failure to appear on scheduled driving time, the whole cost of the booking services is retained.
Booking services change
Car change – you can change your selected car to another available car no later than 5 days before the arrival. If new selected car is more expensive you should pay the price difference. There is no price difference compensation for cheaper car, but you can get extra laps.
Number of laps change – you can book more laps any time if the car is still available. If you want to have more laps than booked, you can change it any time.
In case of using less services than initially booked (driving less laps, not using booked instructor), the whole cost of the unused services is charged.
Track closures due to Force Majeure events
If track is being closed fully or partially or tracks schedule changed – customers can reschedule their undriven laps and services or get a refund for unused services.
Any change of a booking must be executed in writing by email. (Reply to confirmation email is sufficient)
